SIB Robustness: The fixes and improvements applied here will address the issues related to calls going to voicemail, ping-ponging of handsets between CBRS and macrocells.
SIB5 decode: SIB5 processing is made reliable by using dedicated memory for processing. The implementation is hardened to ensure robustness of all eNB modules under different operating conditions and session loads.
