To claim hardware and provision inventory for each new purchase order, your subscription must be activated via the Celona Orchestrator. A single activation code enables the provisioning of all ordered products, including Access Points, SIM cards, and Edge appliances - making new subscription activation easy.
Logging into the Celona Orchestrator
You should have already received your welcome email containing your unique login credentials. Go to the Celona Orchestrator dashboard to log in and get started. If you can’t locate the email in your regular inbox, please make sure to check your spam folder and whitelist emails from hello@celona.io

Receiving an Activation Code
After your new equipment is shipped, an activation code will be sent to the network admin email provided to the Celona sales representative and the PO (Purchase Order). Please make sure that this contact information is up-to-date when placing an order. If you need the activation email to be resent to a different email address, you can submit a request to the

One activation code can include multiple subscriptions
Multiple activation emails may be sent if subscriptions need to be provisioned to different Orchestrator accounts or if the equipment is shipped in stages.
Activating Subscriptions via the Orchestrator
To activate your subscription, navigate to “Admin Settings -> Subscriptions” from the side-nav menu. Click on the Enter Activation Code
button. In the proceeding dialog, enter the activation code you received via email and hit Activate
.
A notification confirming successful activation will appear on the screen.
If you received multiple activation codes via email, please repeat the above steps for each code.
All your active subscriptions will be displayed in the Subscriptions section.
From the side-nav menu, you can also view the provisioned inventory and their corresponding serial numbers on the Edge Clusters, Access Points, and Devices pages. Please ensure all your equipment is accurately displayed on the different pages. Your activation process is now complete, and your equipment is ready for installation and deployment.
