Support Guide for SAS-Celona Domain Proxy Communication Events

SUSPENDEDSTATE

SUSPENDED_GRANT: The grant is suspended because it is in the move list of a DPA that has been activated.

OR


SUSPENDED_GRANT: IAP Pending

Incumbent-triggered suspension or a new PAL is introduced.


Grant authorization pending on Interference calculations. Typically observed to take from ~1 sec – 20min to complete depending on the site location.

ERROR

Celona Domain Proxy will stop the radio's RF transmitting on the affected channels within ~1-3 seconds and then immediately look for different options of spectrum available in the CBRS band (3.55-3.7GHz) that it can utilize to allocate to the affected APs.

No action, Celona Domain Proxy will re-assign channels. If APs are not up ~20min after SUSPENDEDSTATE, contact Celona Support

TERMINATEDSTATE

TERMINATED_GRANT

Incumbent-triggered Termination or a new PAL is introduced

ERROR

NOSPECTRUM

No spectrum available

No available spectrum was returned by SAS in the Spectrum Inquiry message response

ERROR

Celona Domain Proxy will continue to retry asking for available spectrum. Note that the Domain Proxy always asks for spectrum in the entire CBRS band (3.55-3.7GHz)

Contact Celona Support, support will attempt to locate Spectrum on 2nd supported SAS vendor (Google/Federated) and change the SAS account the customer is configured on to try and recover.

CPIERRROR

FCC ID: is not recognized.

OR


Could not verify CPI signature data

OR


Device located outside US border.

OR


Invalid value in field: userId

AP attempting to register has an invalid FCC ID


CPI Credentials entered on the Orchestrator could not be verified on SAS registration.


The Access Point location received in the registration request is invalid/not in the US region.


If the customer has entered their own SAS account for the deployment, and the User ID of the SAS account is specified incorrectly, SAS registration will return Error.

Contact Celona Support if this error is observed.


Contact customer to re-check CPI credentials received from certification vendor.


Check Latitude/Longitude entered in Antenna Parameters under the Access Point Details page


Check the User ID entered under “SAS Account” on the Celona Orchestrator if the customer has entered a custom SAS account,

If the above is good, check with the SAS account vendor to validate the User ID allocated for the customer's SAS account.

Else, Contact Celona Support.

Note: This event also comes up as a banner on the Celona Orchestrator.

Customer Admin must schedule SAS Registration using the scheduler on the Celona Orchestrator to ensure new changes to CPI Installation parameters get registered with SAS.

SAS Registration was scheduled from the Celona Orchestrator but did not execute successfully.

The SAS Registration schedule was not complete as the Celona Edge may be unreachable before the request could reach Celona Domain Proxy.
