Introduction

The Audit Trail feature allows users to monitor and track activity within the Celona Orchestrator. This includes logins, logouts, user modifications (such as user creation, password resets, and Single Sign-on (SSO) changes), and monitoring diagnostic tools. The feature is designed to enhance security and maintain a comprehensive record of actions performed within the system.

Accessing Audit Logs

  1. Login to the Orchestrator by using your user credentials

Note: The Audit Trail feature is currently available only for the user roles: Admin, Observer, and Observer (Type-1).

  2. Navigate to Admin Settings → Audit Logs to view the Audit Trail

  3. The audit logs are displayed in a standard table view, showing detailed information about user activities

  4. Use the filter options available to refine your search results:

    1. Standard Filter Control: Narrows down search results using filters based on User Role and Access Type (API or UI)

    2. Date Range Selector: Specify the date range to display the results accordingly.
Note: The Orchestrator stores audit logs for 90 days.

  5. To locate relevant records quickly, use the full-text search feature and specify information like email, login, or action in the search bar.

  6. To see more information about a specific record, click on the corresponding row in the table. This will provide additional details related to the action performed.

  7. Click on the Download button to download the filtered query results. The file will be downloaded in .csv format.

Note: Celona employee details are obscured in the customer’s view to ensure confidentiality.
